Need to read and bring the Personal Fitness merit badge book.

Print and bring a copy of the workbook.  I will not have additional copies.  We will be recording measurements on these.

Need to complete requirement 1a and b before class.

Requirement number 7 will need to be completed after class.  The merit badge will not be earned at the completion of class due to requirement number 7.

 The Scouts need to bring tennis shoes and comfortable clothes to change into for the mile event (if they want).   I strongly recommend that they do.
